Why it so important to take Eye Exam??
Regardless of your age or physical health, it is important for everyone to have regular eye exams.
When an eye doctor examines your eyes, he or she is doing more than checking to see if you need glasses. During a complete eye exam, your eye doctor will not only determine your prescription for eyeglasses or contact lenses, but will also check your eyes for common eye diseases, assess how your eyes work together as a team and evaluate your eyes as an indicator of your overall health.
Its better to have it. Who know something wrong with your eyes??

i ate a lot of carrot..it’s good for our eyes..so far, i have no problem with my eyes..

i think it sound better if u say “did you take visual examination?”. because when u went to meet for an optometrist, he (or she) will examine your visual first. if you have abnormality, then he might test on your visual nerve or something like that…

i didn’t take eye test yet..but I’m going to do a visual test to the orphanage this Saturday…under the program called “Community Placement”…hihi….
I did mine long long time ago, like 3-4 years ago
i end up having glasses 
other than that my eyes are still ok with now infection or diseases eheheheh…
i will have to go for medical check up again, due to i spend most time infront the PC.. so my eyes are actually crying in pain.

good information. Not many people know about eye information. At least we have one.

I just keep using the same degree of my glasses and contact lenses…
